Shipping policy

To ensure timely processing, please enter your shipping and billing information without non-English characters or emojis.

Orders ship within 7-15 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking. The estimated delivery date is typically 15-30 business days from when the order shipped.

Preorder products will take 1-2 weeks processing, and 3-5 weeks shipping.

All shipping fees can not be refunded.

International Customs & Duties
